Ryan McLaughlin is CEO of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR), one of the largest regional Realtor Associations in the United States with approximately 14,000 real estate professionals who transact over $15 billion in sales annually in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
As CEO, McLaughlin oversees a 32-person staff in two locations, as well as a Realtor® school and store. Formerly the CEO of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors® in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, McLaughlin was named one of the 2013 “40 Under 40” regional business leaders by Lehigh Valley Business. He was a member of the Lower Macungie Township Board of Commissioners from 2009 to 2015, serving as its President in 2015.
