Sam lives in Fairfax with his wife Ann and they have three kids—Ethan, Noel, and Mason—and their dog Perry, “the world’s okayest dog.”

Jason is the founding member of Jason Martin Group. He and his wife, Jennifer Spatz-Martin, reside in Alexandria, Virginia, with their three children. Jason’s approach to life is quite simple. He wants to be the best husband and father he can be—that’s how he defines success. Jason is also the best-selling author of This Is Your Captain Speaking, and is a former sports anchor.

His story starts as a typical “entrepreneur”. Over the past 17 years, Elizabeth has had personal experience in flipping and rehabbing homes, property management, rentals, tax liens, tax deeds, court house auctions and probate and estate sales.

Cheryl Abrams Davis is a native Washingtonian with a degree in business from Trinity University, Washington DC, and a graduate of the Maryland Realtors’ Leadership Academy. She is an Associate Broker, Partner and Manager with Re/Max United Real Estate and adept in multiple facets of the real estate industry.   Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked for 15 years in the Human Resources industry for several international law firms in Washington DC.  She is currently President, Maryland Realtors and a Director at BrightMLS (Executive Committee member and Treasurer – 2023). She has several real estate designations to include ABR, GRI, CIPS, CDPE, CIAS, CRS, and the C2EX certification.

Mrs. Abrams Davis has maintained her position as a top producer in her marketplace for most of her career and has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with real estate transactions for the past 22 years totaling close to 800 units as a solo agent.  She previously  contributed to several Forbes Real Estate Council articles and received many accolades, awards and recognition on county and state levels from her affiliated Associations, Re/Max International, Tom Ferry/Real Trends top 1.5% agent in America (2022), NAREB, Five Star Professional, DC Metro Real Producers Legend (2022),  Rate My Agent (state & county recognition), and  Re/Max International Maryland Manager of the Year 2023, to name a few.

Her past and present dedication and service to the real estate industry through volunteerism on committees and boards of directors at her local, state and national real estate Associations, community HOA and community service through the Children’s Miracle Network and Salvation Army Angel program have shown that she has a heart to serve.  Cheryl currently resides in Prince George’s County Maryland with her husband, a 24-year Air Force veteran.  They have a blended family of 5 children and 2 grandchildren.  Cheryl has a penchant for culinary arts, live music, holistic self-care, and world travel.
